Counter-Notice – Restoration of Material

If you have received a DMCA Notice and believe that material you posted on our site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice as follows:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

By the DMCA and other applicable laws, StudentsGuide.net has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users and account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
